Hot Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can peaches in syrup
1 (16 oz.) can pears in syrup
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple in syrup
1 (16 oz.) can sweet cherries in syrup
1 (16 oz.) can apricots in syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or rum flavoring
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Drain fruit, reserving 3/4 cup peach juice and 1/4 cup cherry juice.
In saucepan, add remaining ingredients to reserved peach and cherry juice.
Heat until smooth and thickened.
Pour sauce over fruit.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot (approximately 20 minutes).
A favorite at holiday breakfast or brunch.
