Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 large chopped green pepper
    1 large chopped onion
    2 tsp. parsley
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
Preparation
    Boil, cool and cube potatoes.
    Saute in 3/4 of the butter, the green pepper, onion and parsley, then mix with the potatoes.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan with casserole dish.
    Pat with butter and sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
