Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sifted flour (plain)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
-
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream cheese and butter after you grate cheese.
Work other ingredients in with hand.
Run through cookie press.
(I use the one with ridges on top.)
Bake 10 minutes, watch they will burn real easy.
They are better not real brown.
