Upside-Down Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans pumpkin pie filling
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. melted oleo
Preparation

In a large bowl blend together and place in an 8 x 14-inch pan the filling, sugar, spices, eggs and milk.
Sprinkle over top of dry cake mix and nuts.
Pour melted oleo over all.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. If not done, turn off oven and let set for 10 minutes.
