Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh mushrooms
    butter
    bread crumbs (fine)
    2 well-beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. cream
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; remove stems.
    Place tops, hollow side up, in a pan lined with butter.
    Chop stems and mix them with half the fine bread crumbs and a little melted butter.
    Thoroughly mix in eggs, cream and Parmesan cheese.
    Fill the hollows of the mushroom caps; pour over them a little melted butter, a few bread crumbs and salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until light brown.
