Ingredients

ground chuck
1 loaf French bread
1 large box sour cream
1 large bag grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans mushrooms
Preparation

Cut loaf of bread lengthwise.
Scrape out inside of bread, leaving an inch shell, like two canoes.
Brown the chuck and drain.
Add sour cream and mushrooms.
Put meat mixture into the bread shells.
Top with grated cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted.
