Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. oleo
    2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. molasses
    about 5 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Scald milk and oleo.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water, then add sugar and salt.
    Add oats to hot milk and wait for mixture to cool. Mix all together and gradually add flour.
    Mix well and proceed as for all yeast breads.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
