Candied Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecans (more if using large egg)
1 large egg white
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

Beat egg white until frothy.
Pour into nuts and stir until moistened.
Stir and mix well the last 3 ingredients.
Pour over nuts; stir until coated.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 250\u00b0 about 1 hour.
Stir and turn nuts 3 times while baking.
Do not overbake.
