Make Ahead Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    2 lb. mild sausage
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pepper
Preparation
    Arrange bread slices in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Saute sausage and drain.
    Combine with mustard and sprinkle over bread (which can be day old).
    Place cheese over sausage.
    Combine remaining ingredients; beat well.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
    Is nice for brunch when having company.
    Serves 8.
