Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
    pinch cream of tartar
    dash of salt
    8 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup and butter in saucepan.
    Boil and cook approximately 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda, cream of tartar and salt.
    Pour in all at once.
    Stir immediately over popcorn.
    Bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Makes about 20 servings.
