Guilt-Free "Mounds" Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 individual pkg. chocolate Alba or the Weight Watchers shake mix
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, canned in own juice
    1/4 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation
    Combine; spread in small pan.
    Freeze until solid.
    Cut in squares.
    Eat frozen.
