Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 medium or 3 small bananas, chopped
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, sugar, oil, eggs and pineapple by hand.
Add bananas, nuts and raisins and mix again. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Cool in pan 1 hour before removing.
