Chicken-Spinach-Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust
    5 eggs
    1 minced onion
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. diced celery
    3 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place pie shell in Pyrex pie plate.
    Beat one egg and brush bottom of pie shell.
    Cook spinach as directed.
    Drain.
    Beat other 4 eggs; add milk, salt, Tabasco sauce, mushrooms, drained spinach, onions, celery and bell pepper.
    Toss together chicken, cheese and flour.
    Stir into egg mixture.
    Pour into pie crust. Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven on a cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes or until center puffs up slightly, or a knife inserted comes out clean.
    Cool for 5 minutes!!!!
