Romany Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 lb. round steak, ground
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 egg
Preparation
    Fry bacon, cut into small pieces, in a skillet until fat is rendered but bacon is not crisp.
    Add round steak and brown on both sides.
    Add soup, undiluted, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat, add egg and stir vigorously.
    Serve immediately on hot toast.
