Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 egg
    1 slice bread in small pieces
    1/2 c. grated carrots (you can use baby food carrots)
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated or chopped onion
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients.
    Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls and place in baking dish.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
