Butter Buds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and brown sugar together.
Add eggs, then rest of ingredients.
Roll dough into marble size balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet and press with fork.
Place a cherry half on each one. Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
