Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    1 onion
    1 garlic clove minced
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1/4 cup of chopped jal.
    8 tablespoons chopped cilantro
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut avocados in half. Take pit out. Mash with fork coarsely. Stir in all other ingredients. Cover and chill.
