Bell Pepper Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium bell peppers
2 lb. ground chuck beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. crackers
1 egg
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cans tomato soup
1 can water
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix together onion, crackers, egg, water, 2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Cut the top of bell peppers and take the seeds out.
Put meat inside.
Mix garlic powder, tomato soup, water, 3 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar to make sauce. Pour everything together.
Put bell pepper and sauce into baking pan.
Put in oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
