Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    breast of turkey
    salt and pepper
    4 1/2 oz. sweet and sour sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Thaw breast (about half).
    Salt and pepper.
    Place in foil-lined baking dish, enough foil to wrap breast good.
    Pour water around breast, pour sauce over breast.
    Wrap tightly with foil.
    Bake about 6 hours at 300\u00b0.
