Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box butter pecan cake mix
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 box instant (toasted) coconut pudding mix
    1 c. hot water
    1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, eggs, cooking
    oil and pudding mix together. Add water and poppy seed.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cool
    in
    pans
    10 minutes.
    This freezes well.
