Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. cake flour (sift 3 or 4 times)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, soda and cocoa together.
    Mix Crisco and sugar together.
    Add eggs, then add dry ingredients and buttermilk alternately.
    Add vinegar and food coloring.
    Frost cake with your favorite white frosting.
