Pecan-Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep-dish 9-inch pie shell or crust
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. raisins, softened in hot water for 5 minutes
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar, adding sugar slowly, creaming until fluffy.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Add the spices, raisins, vanilla extract and pecans.
    Pour into pie crust and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
