Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mashed bananas

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening in a bowl.
Add eggs, bananas, biscuit mix and nuts.
Beat well.
