Pumpkin Pie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 c. corn oil
4 eggs
1 (No. 303) can pumpkin (2 c.)

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; slowly stir in corn oil, eggs and pumpkin.
Bake in loaf pan for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
