Cathy'S Smothered Meatballs And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    3/4 to 1 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Roll ground beef into medium size balls. Roll in flour and place in skillet.
    Brown on both sides.
    Drain oil and pour enough water just to the top of meatballs.
    Slice onions over top of meatballs and cook until tender.
