Creamy Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

15 oz. pie crust (frozen)
1 (3 oz.) strawberry sugar-free gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) reduced calorie whipped topping
2 c. frozen strawberries
Preparation

Prepare pie crust as directed. Prepare gelatin as directed using 3/4 cup hot water, 3/4 cup cold water and lemon juice. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Gently stir in whipped topping and strawberries. Spoon into shell. Chill for 3 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
