Beef And Potato Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raw potatoes
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. soda crackers or rolled oats
    1/4 c. ketchup or chili sauce
Preparation
    Arrange sliced potatoes and 1 teaspoon onion in greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and parsley.
    Combine ground beef, milk, crackers, ketchup, remaining onion and seasonings.
    Spread over sliced potatoes. Decorate with additional ketchup, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
