Apricot Preserve Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oleo
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1/3 c. apricot nectar
4 eggs
1 c. apricot preserves
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix together, adding the preserves and nuts last.
Bake in tube pan or 2 loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done when tested with a toothpick.
If the toothpick comes out clean, the bread is done.
