Hungarian Pinched Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt into a mixing bowl.
    Make a well and break in egg.
    Add a little water, enough to make a soft dough.
    Mix well and knead until smooth.
    On a lightly floured pastry board, roll out 1/8-inch thick.
