Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut in half
    16 slices bacon
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. chipped beef, soaked in cold water 1/2 hour
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) mushroom soup
    1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    2 Tbsp. dry parsley
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Line bottom
    of 9 x 13-inch baking pan with dried beef. Mix all
    other\tingredients except chicken and bacon.
    Roll up chicken breasts
    and
    wrap with slice of bacon.
    Use toothpick to hold together.
    Pour sauce over meat.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover
    and bake 1/2 hour longer.\t(May be prepared and frozen before baking.)
