Seafood Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. finely chopped seafood
    4 egg yolks
    5 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan without browning; add onions and stir at low heat 2 minutes.
    Add curry powder and flour; stir until thoroughly blended.
    Add milk; cook and stir over medium heat until creamy.
    To sauce add salt and pepper, rice and seafood of your choice.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Cover and let cool 10 minutes.
    Add slightly beaten yolks, stirring briskly.
    Beat egg whites stiff not dry.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
