Baked Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers
    1 c. or more chopped leftover meat
    1 onion
    3 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Wash peppers; halve and remove seeds.
    Parboil for 2 minutes in boiling salted water.
    Drain.
    Meat should be put through the food chopper with the onion.
    Combine with the rice and season to taste.
    Fill peppers; dot with butter and place in a shallow pan. Bake in a moderately hot oven (375\u00b0) for about 30 minutes.
