Summer Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh cut broccoli
    1 c. julienne cut carrots
    1 c. julienne cut zucchini
    1 c. julienne cut green peppers
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. fresh garlic
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 1/2 c. cooked rotini pasta
    1 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Melt butter and garlic. Stir-fry vegetables 5 minutes. Add milk and basil. Stir in Velveeta. Cover and simmer until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Add rotini pasta; cover and let set.
