Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash, cooked
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1/2 c. corn bread stuffing
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    In
    casserole
    dish, melt margarine and mix with stuffing. Remove
    3/4
    cup of stuffing for top of casserole.\tLine bottom of\tcasserole with remaining stuffing.
    Add squash and other ingredients.
    Spread
    the
    3/4
    cup stuffing on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
