Crab And Artichoke Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 shallot, minced
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 (8-1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet saute mushrooms, shallots and celery in butter.
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    Mix mayonnaise and cream with crab in bowl.
    Stir in eggs, sherry and artichokes.
    Add mushrooms to crab mixture.
    Pour mixture into individual serving shells or au gratin dishes.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
