Anne'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. dry Italian salad dressing mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in cubes
    1/2 c. sherry
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Wash chicken; brush with margarine.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place in slow cooker.
    Sprinkle dry salad mix over all. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours.
    Mix soup, cheese, wine and onion.
    Pour over chicken in pot and cook 30 minutes more.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
