Sausage-Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can sauerkraut
1 lb. sausage
mashed potatoes
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation

Cook and drain fat off of sausage.
Prepare 4 to 6 servings of mashed potatoes.
Place drained sauerkraut in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle sausage on top.
Cover with potatoes.
Shake Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
