*Yogurt Chevre - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. plain yogurt
    1 small garlic, chopped
    spices (oregano, thyme, parsley and basil)
Preparation
    Pour the yogurt in a double layer of cheesecloth. Tie at top and drain for a few hours or overnight until yogurt is consistency of cream cheese.
    Add the garlic and spices.
    Mix well.
    Put in a small crock overnight for flavors to blend. Serve with crackers.
