Black Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (19 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
    3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    3 Tbsp. chopped lime zest
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    4 jalapeno peppers, coarsely chopped
    1 red bell pepper, stem, seeds and ribs removed
    1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Place the first 6 ingredients in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until just chunky.
    Transfer to a medium size bowl.
    Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Taste and adjust seasoning with more lime juice or cayenne.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups.
