Waldorf Toss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 serving size) pkg. cherry Jell-O or any red flavor
dash of salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
ice cubes
1 c. diced, peeled apple or pear
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 2 1/2 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
If necessary, remove any unmelted ice.
Fold in fruits and celery.
Spoon into individual dishes or a bowl.
Chill until set, at least 1 hour. Make 5 cups or 10 servings.
Contains 35 calories per serving without nuts.
