Memphis Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 well-beaten eggs
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl, making a well in center of mixture.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into well.
    Stir enough to dampen all ingredients.
    Pour into greased loaf pans (2).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
