Sweet Potato Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. water
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, eggs and water.
    Beat at medium speed with electric mixer.
    Add next 5 ingredients, mixing just enough to moisten.
    Stir in potatoes, pecans and raisins.
    Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans (or coffee cans).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans or cans and complete cooling.
