Sweet Potato And Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans sweet potatoes
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    14 marshmallows, cut in half, or miniature ones
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mash sweet potatoes and beat until smooth. Stir in brown sugar and pineapple. Pour into 1 qt.
    casserole. Bake 20 minutes.
    Arrange marshmallows over potatoes and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
