Stir-Fried Broccoli Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thinly sliced fresh broccoli stems
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. fat-skimmed chicken broth
    2 tsp. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    pinch of garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Combine ingredients in the skillet over heat.
    Cover and cook 2 minutes; remove cover.
    Cook and stir until most of the liquid evaporates. (Add a splash of soy sauce, if desired.)
    Makes 4 servings, under 50 calories each.
