Jessie'S Lima Beans With Mushrooms And Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen fordhook lima beans
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    5 stalks celery
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 minced onion
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. flour, sifted
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook lima beans according to package directions.
    Quickly rinse mushrooms and gently pat dry with paper towel.
    Cut stems even with mushroom caps.
    Slice vertically.
