Batter-Fried Chicken(Excellent With Shrimp Too!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. beer
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
vegetable oil (for deep frying)
salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine flour, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Add beer, stirring with wire whisk until smooth. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes to 1 hour.
