Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
4 to 6 medium potatoes
2 c. milk (approximately)
Preparation

Grease a casserole dish.
Put 2 pork chops in bottom; salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour.
Cover with a layer of potatoes, sliced about 1/4-inch thick.
Continue layering until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of potatoes on top. Salt and pepper every layer of pork chops.
Cover with milk to top of mixture.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until meat is tender and potatoes are done, approximately 1 hour.
