Hamburger Pasties Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger or cooked beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. finely cubed uncooked potato
    1/2 c. finely sliced uncooked carrots
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    dash of pepper
    2 unbaked pie crusts (deep dish)
    1/4 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Drain.
    In large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except pie crusts.
    Mix well.
    Add hamburger and onion.
    Mix. Pour into one pie crust.
    Top with second pie crust.
    Pinch edges.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour until golden brown.
