Salmon Party Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 tsp. red horseradish
    1/3 tsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Chill several hours.
    Shape into ball; roll in nuts and parsley.
    Chill; serve with crackers.
