Venison Beer Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. Lean Ground North Dakota Venison (Ground Beef can be used)
    4 Slices Dry Rye Bread
    3/4 c. Beer
    3 Tbsp. Onion (Sliced)
    3/4 tsp. Sage
    Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
    1. Break bread into small pieces and place in bowl. Pour beer over bread.
    2. Once the beer is soaked up in the bread, add ground
    meat, onion, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
    3. Form into patties and refrigerate 1 hour to allow
    flavors to blend. Grill until done.
